Native American Pre-Admission Workshop

The Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine chapter of NASOM (Native American Students of Osteopathic Medicine) is virtually hosting their second annual Native American Pre-Admissions Workshop for undergraduate pre-med students.  

The workshop will provide helpful information to be a successful applicant to medical school. 

Presentations will include but are not limited to: 

• Why Choose OSU-COM for medical school
• Overview of the MCAT
• Application process
• Writing your personal statement  
• Mock Interviews with Native American faculty and physicians
• Medical Student Panel - Submit your questions on the registration form
• Clinical Skills and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Activities
• Meet Native American faculty, medical students and staff after the event 

The workshop is free and open to all Native American pre-med students.  Complete the registration by September 27, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
