This workshop is designed to support and inspire students interested in pursuing a career in medicine, with a special focus on uplifting those from underrepresented, first-generation, and historically marginalized backgrounds. Our goal is to create an encouraging space where students can see themselves in medicine by connecting with current medical students, physicians, and mentors who understand both the challenges and strengths that diverse students bring to the profession.

Throughout the day, participants will engage in interactive, hands-on experiences, gain insight into the medical school admissions process, and hear honest perspectives about the journey to and through medical school. Students will also have opportunities to ask questions, build meaningful connections, and leave with practical tools to support their path to medicine.

    What You Can Expect:

    - Candid conversations with current medical students from diverse backgrounds
    - Insight into the medical school application and admissions process
    - Exposure to mock interviews, case discussions, and clinical skills
    - Opportunities for mentorship, networking, and community-building

This workshop is open to all pre-medical students, and we especially encourage students who identify as first-generation, low-income, underrepresented in medicine, or from historically marginalized communities to attend.

Additional details regarding registration and event logistics will be shared soon. Please note that space may be limited.

Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
